Agreement to Terms

By using EchoIQ you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

EchoIQ is an AI meeting intelligence platform.
  • Audio recording and transcription
  • AI summaries and action items
  • Team management

Account Registration

You must meet the minimum age for your region to use EchoIQ.
  • You must be at least 16 years old
  • Where local law sets a higher age you must meet it - for example, under the India DPDP Act 2023 users under 18 are treated as children and may use EchoIQ only with verifiable parental or guardian consent
  • Provide accurate information
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service.
  • No recording without the consent required by law - you must notify all participants and obtain any consent your jurisdiction requires before recording. Some US states and some EU countries require the consent of all parties
  • You are solely responsible for recordings you make and how you use them and their outputs
  • No illegal content
  • No circumventing security

Content Ownership

You own your content and AI outputs.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period and we do not provide partial-period refunds.
  • Free trial available
  • Plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • We will give you advance notice before any price increase takes effect on your next renewal
  • Cancel any time from Settings - Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Payments already made are non-refundable, except where required by law
  • If you are an EU or UK consumer, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase of digital services; by choosing to access the Service immediately after purchase you agree that this withdrawal right ends once the Service has been fully performed
